Adjudication from

CEDR

The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution.

About CEDR

To keep the ADR process fair, CEDR provides adjudication for WATRS’ cases.

CEDR is a non-profit organisation, and registered charity. They currently provide independent adjudication for the WATRS scheme.

In addition to their work with the water industry, CEDR also help resolve disputes for government bodies, law societies, and consumer associations.

How do they work?

CEDR, as an impartial adjudicator, does not talk to the customer or the company involved in the dispute.

The entire decision-making process is based on evidence only.

This allows for a balanced approach to adjudicating, which benefits both customer and company equally.
