Resolving Water Disputes Limited (“RWD”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) are committed to protecting and respecting any personal data that we hold. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable living person. We do not expect to collect, hold or use personal data.

 

The aim of our website is to provide information about the Water Redress Scheme (“WATRS” or the “Scheme”) and the independent ADR Panel which oversees the independence and effectiveness of the Scheme. You can access and use our site without providing any personal data.
